FOLLOWING THE FORCES THAT HEAL

Greetings,

My name is Heidrun and have been studying/practicing healing arts for more than 15 years. A wide range of practices are woven together for each session depending on the needs of the client. Healing is a process which I’m honored to support through a synthesis of multiple traditions. I incorporate Ayurvedic, Swedish/ deep tissue, neuromuscular techniques, and subtle energetic balancing into an integrative practice of bodywork.

Having my thyroid removed 17 years ago shifted my metabolism, hormones, mental/emotional stability, sleep, and general homeostasis quite a bit. Incorporating Ayurvedic practices reconnected me to cyclical living, helping to mitigate some of the adaptive stresses losing an organ can incur.

Ayurveda is a truly holistic system which addresses multiple facets of our health, so we feel more integrated and cohesive as a human being over time. Whether recovering from an illness/ injury, or preventing one from occurring, I have seen Ayurveda offer a sustainable path of generative wellness.

Greetings

The name Brian means “strength and virtue,” and I bring these qualities into my practice. Drawing from a lifetime of therapeutic experience, and an intuitional approach, I work to offer my clients the best possible healing massage + therapeutic bodywork.

Brian has practiced healing arts since the age of 6 when, he was first introduced to yoga, and he grew up practicing massage on his family. In 2008 He attended the Kripalu School of Massage in the Berkshires, where the training he received was rooted in integrating mind-body-spirit connection.

“Healing arts is my calling and I am grateful to offer this work to you. I am here to help!”

In Friendship and Healing,
